Stylianos Mylonas received his Diploma and Ph.D. degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH), Greece, in 2009 and 2015, respectively. His doctoral thesis focused on the application of computational intelligence methods in classification and segmentation of remote sensing images. Since January 2017, he is working as a postdoctoral research associate at the Informatics and Telematics Institute (ITI). His research interests include fuzzy logic, evolutionary algorithms, deep learning, image segmentation and remote sensing.
