Dr. Ilias Kalamaras (M) is a post-doctoral research associate in CERTH/ITI. He received his diploma in electrical and computer engineering from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2010. He also holds a PhD in multimodal dimensionality reduction from the Intelligent Systems and Networks Group of Imperial College London since 2016. His main research interests include graph-based dimensionality reduction, visual analytics, clustering and visualization of multimodal data, for applications related to health monitoring, network security and multimedia analysis. He has been the co-author of related publications in conferences and journals. During his cooperation with CERTH/ITI, since 2011, he has participated in the European projects I-SEARCH, CUbRIK, NEMESYS, FrailSafe, HarmonicSS and AI4EU.
