The e-ACCESS project, aims in developing the necessary methodological and software tools that will enable the training programs providers to design and develop web-based training services that will address the needs of disadvantaged user communities, and in applying, evaluating and validating the methodological and technological results throughout a user-centred testing phase.

The main target groups are: Vocational education and training content providers, User Communities with special interaction and educational needs and User communities related experts who support the users in their everyday activities and scientifically approach their needs and preferences.

The project’s partnership consists of : a research and technology institute with significant expertise in learning technologies and reusability of educational resources (CERTH-ITI), a VET organization providing a wide range of training programs (TEMPO), two user organizations that integrate and support national-wide disadvantaged user communities in their countries (ELEPAP and BASER), an academic organization with great expertise in quality assurance and evaluation of educational processes (University of Duisburg-Essen) and a technology enterprise developing collaborative environments for users with special abilities (Avence Digital Ltd).
