Research Assistant

Got his MSc degree in 2019 on Systems & Synthetic biology. His main interest was the computational part of biology and mainly building and analysing prediction models for biological systems. He also has a solid background in bioinformatics and biological data analysis. He is combining biological and computational knowledge to bridge the gap of the plethora of biological data versus their meaningful utilization.
He started working for ITI in January 2023 under the direction of A. Drosos on the topic of developing prediction machine learning models.
