Research Assistant

Mr Vasileios Siopidis (male) has a Diploma in Production Management and Engineering from Democritus University of Thrace and has worked for several years in the production industry. Vasilis is a Master student at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in the field of Advanced Computer and Communication system. Through his master thesis he gained experience in Distributed Ledger Technologies in the field of IoT secured communications. Vasilis is currently working at CERTH/ITI as a Blockchain developer (research associate). His current research interests in the field of blockchain are cross-blockchain communications and IoT-enabled solutions supported by distributed ledger technologies.
