Postdoctoral Research Associate

I am a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Multimodal Data Fusion and Analytics lab of the Information Technologies Institute, where I currently participate in projects related to cybersecurity. My tasks include the use of natural language processing tools for cyber threat intelligence and machine learning techniques, such as cluster analysis, anomaly detection and deep neural networks. I hold a PhD in Statistics from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki with work in exploratory data analysis and stochastic modeling of sequential data (e.g., Hidden Markov Models). I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and a Master’s degree in Statistics and Modeling both at the Department of Mathematics at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
