Research Assistant

Karakostas Konstantinos was awarded with MEng in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in July 2019, after completing his dissertation titled "Portable system development for Mie scattering analysis, to determine the size of blood cells in in-vivo and in-vitro studies". His research interests are focus on energy harvesting, low-power management and investigation of novel technologies/materials used for the development of batteries or photovoltaic cells. Also, he is experienced in analog circuit design/simulation, PCB fabrication and developement of data acquisition algorithms. He works as hardware engineer at the Information Technologies Institute of the Centre for Research and Technology Hellas, since September 2019.
