Mr. Giorgos Agrafiotis

Research Assistant

  • Electrical and Computer Engineering AUTH (2018)

Agrafiotis Giorgos received his Diploma in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2018. In 2018, he also worked for the SARM project, in the design of a electromangetic valve. At 2019, he worked for THESS S.A as developer for FEM solver software. Since 2020 he is an MSc student at the AUTH where he is studying Artificial Intelligence. He is currently in the second year of his master’s studies and, having completed all the courses required for obtaining the master’s degree, he is working on his master’s thesis, which concerns Neural Architecture Search for Photonic Circuits. Since June 2021, he is working as a Research Assistant at the Information Technologies Institute of the Centre for Research and Technology Hellas. His research interests include machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision and electromagnetics.
