Postdoctoral Research Associate

Dr. Chorozoglou Dimitrios (M) received the B.Sc. and M.B.A. degree in Mathematics, in 2012 and 2014 from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH), respectively. Dr. Chorozoglou Dimitrios received the PhD degree in Geophysics, in 2020 also from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH). His doctoral thesis focused on the estimation of the future seismic activity for the Greek area, using multivariate time series. Since 2021, Dr. Chorozoglou has been working as a postdoctoral research associate in Information Technologies Institute (ΙΤΙ). His main research interests include artificial intelligence, deep learning, graph theory and time series and statistical Seismology. During the last six years he has (co)authored 14 scientific papers. He has also been involved in projects funded by the EC, concerning anomaly detection, and deep learning techniques.
