Research Assistant

Nikolaos Christoforidis received his diploma in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in August 2020. His diploma thesis focused on extracting causal relationships between timeseries and was subsequently applied on mother-fetus ECGs. He has been working as a research assistant at the Information Technologies Institute (ITI) of the Centre for Research and Technology Hellas (CERTH) since June 2021 (Virtual Computing Lab - VCL). His interests include Deep Learning, Computer Vision and Medical Informatics.
