Leyteris received his Computer Science degree from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (2005). In 2014 he received his M.Sc in Cultural Informatics and Communication, from University of the Aegean (Mytilene). Object of the graduate thesis was the award-winning 3D video animated production "Tsunami in ancient Potidaea". He is PhD candidate in Applied Informatics, in University of Macedonia, with the research topic: "Virtual Antikythera Mechanism: 3D simulation and representation of its functionalities in interactive environment of a serious game" (2015). Leyteris Completes the M.Ed in Adult Education at the Hellenic Open University. He is a research assistant in ITI/CERTH (DigiArt) from 2016, on subjects related to his interests, such as 3D graphics, serious games, virtual and augmented reality. From 2012 he works in his own business Pyrseia Informatics: www.pyrseia.gr. He is instructor in adult education since 2006.
