Antonis Voulgaridis graduated from the Computer Science Department of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2012, with studies in the field of Information Systems. For his thesis he implemented a system performing Microsatellites Genome Analysis. In 2014, he received his MSc in Information Systems from the Computer Science Department of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, writing his thesis on applying Bio-Ontologies to the Semantic Web. Since February 2016 he works as a Research Assistant at the Information Technologies Institute of CERTH. His research interests include Bioinformatics, Machine Learning and Semantic Web.
