Pavlos Doanis holds a BSc in Physics and an MSc in Electronic Telecommunications Technology from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He conducted his PhD research at EURECOM (France) as a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Innovative Training Networks fellow, focusing on the use of (Deep) Reinforcement Learning algorithms for slice orchestration in Beyond 5G/6G networks. He has participated in European and national research projects and has worked as a Research and Innovation Project Manager at BubbleRAN (France). Since May 2025, he has been a postdoctoral researcher at CERTH/ITI. His research interests include machine and deep learning algorithms, computer vision, and Beyond 5G/6G networks.
