Konstantinos Roumeliotis holds a Diploma in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Ioannina. His Diploma Thesis is titled: “A Reinforcement Learning Intelligent Agent for the Autonomous Navigation of Electric Bicycles.”

Since July 2025, he has been working as a research assistant at the Information Technologies Institute (ITI) of the Centre for Research and Technology Hellas (CERTH).

His research interests focus on deep reinforcement learning, computer vision, and artificial intelligence.
