Evangelos Kalampokis holds a Diploma in Electrical and Computer Engineering (2003) from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece and an MSc in Business Administration (2006) from the University of Macedonia, Greece. Since 2009, he is a PhD student at the Information Systems Laboratory at the University of Macedonia, Greece. During the last four years, he has been working as an associate researcher at the Informatics and Telematics Institute in the Centre for Research Technology Hellas (ITI/CERTH), the Digital Enterprise Research Institute in the National University of Ireland, Galway (NUIG/DERI) and the Research Institute of the University of Macedonia. He is also a member of the Linked Data Research Center at NUIG/DERI. His research interests include the Web Data analysis and the Linked Data paradigm as well as the application of these technologies in the domains of eParticipation and eGovernment.
