Ioanna Sasilioglou graduated from the Department of Computer Science and Biomedical Informatics of the University of Thessaly in August 2022. Her thesis was entitled “Meta-analysis of correlation coefficients and applications in systems biology”. Since October of the same year, she has been studying in the MSc program in Health Statistics and Data Analytics at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Furthermore, from December 2022 she works as a research assistant at the Information Technologies Institute of Centre for Research and Technology Hellos (CERTH). Her research interests include biomedical data analysis, machine learning, deep learning, and bioinformatics.
