Dr. Ilias Gialampoukidis

Dr. Ilias Gialampoukidis received the BA degree in Mathematics in 2009 and the MSc in Statistics and Modeling in 2011 from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. His PhD on the Time Operator and Age of Evolutionary Processes has been obtained from the School of Mathematics of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2014. He is currently a post-doctoral research fellow in Information Technologies Institute (ITI) at the Centre for Research & Technology Hellas (CERTH). He has provided teaching assistance in Statistical Analysis of Information as a Phd student (2013-2014) and he has received the Excellence Scholarship for PhD students (2013) from the Research Committee of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Ilias Gialampoukidis is currently participating in the EC-funded project MULTISENSOR and his research interests involve Machine Learning, Data Mining and Big Data Analytics. He has published his work in international peer-reviewed journals and conferences.
