Information for Presenters

ORAL PRESENTATIONS
The duration of a presentation slot is 20 minutes. This includes 15 minutes for the presentation itself and 5 minutes for questions from the audience.
An Overhead Projector will be available in all the conference rooms.
A Slide Projector will be available in all the conference rooms.
A Video Projector (and cables for connection to a laptop) will be available in all the conference rooms.
A Laptop with MS Powerpoint will be available in all the conference rooms.
A Video (NTSC, PAL, SECAM) will be available in all the conference rooms.

POSTER PRESENTATIONS
The available area for Poster Presentations will be: 1.00m wide x 1.50 high
