The Macedonian Press Agency (MPA) (P13) is the second national Greek news agency. It has been operating as an independent news organization since 1991. It was transformed into a Limited Liability company in 1994.

MPA will propose user requirements for indexing and retrieval systems for digital publishing and evaluate current algorithms and solutions.

The Macedonian Press Agency cooperates with all Balkan news agencies (ATA (AL), MIA (MK), TANJUNG (YU), ROMPRESS (RO), BTA (BG), ANADOLU (TR), ANA (EL)), as well as the news agencies of Black Sea countries.
